Housekeeping.
A complete daily service is included in the rental (cleaning, dishes, beds, laundry, cleaning of the pool and barbecues, preparation of open fires)..
​The lodge is fully equipped with complete bedding, bath towels, hair dryer and toilet paper. Soap, body lotion, shampoo and shower gel are provided.

Mobile spa treatments.

Relax in the comfort of your own lodge. Dee's African Spa treatments are based on ancient traditional massage methods like Xigiya massage and tribal head massage, and are heavily influenced by African culture. The Africology range of products, used for massage and skin care, are made from natural, indigenous ingredients that are sure to leave the skin looking radiant and the body fully cared for. Mobile spa reservations can be made through our concierge services.

Private chef services.
​Enjoy fine dining and quality service from the comfort of your own lodge. Choose from a list of carefully compiled menus, alternatively, your chef can also prepare personalized menus to take away, for theme parties, birthdays, favorite dishes or desserts. The services of a private chef are available throughout the week, except Wednesdays and Saturdays, when Elephant Point Boma hosts its charming Michelin-starred dinners. Reservation of private chef services must be made with 7 days notice. 

Restaurant on the river and Boma.

The River Deck Restaurant is open daily, serving an a la carte menu and featuring a lovely, well-stocked bar, perfect for aperitifs.

Enjoy a Boma Dinner held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, weather permitting and subject to minimum number of people required.

Pre-arrival shopping.
Place your order in advance for delivery before your arrival and have yours items already stocked in the lodge upon arrival.
A shopping list will be sent to you by email before your arrival to allow you to make your choice.
